Today we launched an initiative called Just One Project. We're asking major advertisers to each give us Just One Project. We will then staff these projects with people who have lost their jobs over the past while, and will continue to do so.
It's a way for the industry to look after its own and help some good people when they really need it. In turn, advertisers will get quality work, done by experienced people, for much less than standard agency rates.

Impressive.
Once the full-force of the economic tsunami hit, I wondered if it would make us more compassionate as a society or more self-protective and insular.
Thanks for adding to my hopefulness for the former.
